Interactive Books

The recent popularity of tablets has spawned a new type of app called The Interactive Book. Somewhere between a picture book and a game, the interactive book is a whole new medium for storytelling, which presents unique challenges and opportunities for using music and audio. I've been fortunate enough to have clients at the very forefront of this new genre of app.

As far as I know, this was the first interactive book to have original music. All music and sound design is by me.

Multiple Caldecott-winning illustrator David Wiesner always presents highly unique narrative experiences in his books. This time he teams up with Smashing Ideas and myself to present an interactive and immersive story-telling experience with the iPad app Spot.
